We've just added four, exciting new products to our WonderBra line-up. Based on your requests, we have added a maximizer bra, a convertible bra for elegant, strapless dresses, a low-rise, medium control panty and another Chantilly lace bra. We hope you like them.
We're pleased to announce that Stanfield's has joined the team here at Basics. A number of customer had asked us to add the line and we're very pleased to do so. It is also nice to work with a Canadian company that continues to manufacture most of the product in Canada. Right in the original factory in Truro, Nova Scotia. Welcome to our store. We are a Canadian 
company and offer a wide range of brand name underwear to our customers. We've built the software for the store with the goal of showing customers exactly what they are getting. As you browse through the product catalog and select your size, the images will change to show you what is available in stock. It's as if you are right in the store picking the product you want off the shelf.
Here is a quick summary of our shipping policies in Canada:
- Free shipping for orders over Cdn $39.95 (merchandise value)
- Expedited shipping options are also available and presented at check-out
- In Ottawa and Gatineau we have negotiated a flat rate shipping fee for smaller orders of only $5.00 for the urban area. This option will be presented when you enter your postal code
For our American and International customers, it is a bit more complicated due to Canada Post policies. For orders over $39.95 (merchandise value), we offer free shipment on packages weighing less than 1 kg (2.2 lbs). Above that weight, the rates get much higher and we must charge for shipping. You will see this calculation when you check out. Most orders above $39.95 do ship for free.
