Dyes and Finishes:

Echo verde fabrics are dyed with non-azo dyes. These are considered “low impact” dyes because they are inert in nature – they do not bond with carbon life forms and therefore do not get absorbed into any fish or wildlife. Due to this fact, they are not the most stable dyes and often there are subtle variations in tone within the colour or between similar colours.

Care Instructions:

All natural fibers will shrink somewhat if washed and dried thoroughly. We ask customers to wash in cold water, tumble low until damp and then hang or lay flat to dry. This is the best method to prevent shrinkage and to keep the fibres safe and strong. Care instructions are on the inside care label which is just up from the inside hem on the left side. Note that echo verde care labels are tear away so once you rip them out, they do not damage the seam and there is no itchy inside tag!
