Hello Theresa, I am sorry for the confusion. The tracking information indicates that Canada Post left a card on August 1st requesting that you pick up the item at a Canada Post depot or franchise. There should be instructions on the card telling you where the item is. If you can’t find the card, you can contact Canada Post and they will tell you where the item is. I’m afraid we don’t have that information. You can call them on 1-866-607-6301. Thank you.
